Casa Villa, a four-bedroom house perfect for families wishing to experience Cape Town’s cosmopolitan lifestyle, is situated in an excellent location to both explore the Mother City and take advantage of the peace and quiet that inner Camps Bay has to offer.

This is the perfect place to take in the ocean views, with a roomy living area, a sizable terrace, and expansive views of Camps Bay Beach.

A fully furnished kitchen with a breakfast nook that overlooks the yard and is bright. Large, comfy sofas and an eight-seat dining table can be found in the interior living areas, while an eight-seat dining table, sun loungers, and a hanging egg chair can be found on the terrace, which is well-protected from the weather.

On the bottom floor of the house, four bedrooms provide relaxing retreats that are cozy and equipped. The roomy master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a private balcony with views of the garden and pool, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The remaining three bedrooms each include one twin bed and two queen beds. A single bathroom with a shower and a tub is shared by these three bedrooms.

There is a lot of room for outdoor gatherings at the property, which also boasts a gorgeous garden and a big pool. This lovely home has off-street parking for one car as well as plenty of on-street parking and is completely safe with an alarm and electric fence.

You can reach the stunning Camps Bay and Clifton beaches, the well-known V&A Waterfront, and the city center in a short drive.

Please remember that while the outside pool area has just undergone renovations, the main house is an older Camps Bay residence. Larger outdoor areas are possible on the property, which is unusual for the neighborhood. The uncomplicated traveler who wants a convenient base in Camps Bay with lovely views to spend their days experiencing the Mother City is best suited for this home. Since this is an older house without modern finishing, the nightly fee has already been reduced to reflect this.
