The property is situated in Central Dr, Camps Bay (corner Van Kamp, approximately 150 meter from Bar Caprice on the beachfront).
The house has 4 bedrooms, all with bathrooms en-suite
On the ground floor you have a lounge, dining room, kitchen/scullery, a guest toilet, and a room with a bathroom.
There is direct access to the garage and to the private garden/pool area.
On the first floor, a bedroom with queen size bed, and another large bedroom (which we use for our twins) and a small study/reading corner.
On the top floors there are 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (with double size bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top), and the master bedroom with king size bed.
There is also an additional study/reading area, outside the main bedroom.
All 4 bedrooms in the 1st and 2nd floor are air-conditioned.
The house has a sophisticated alarm system, electric fence, video monitor, WI-FI ADSL, sound speakers indoors and outdoors, 4 HD TV screens, etc…
Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas stove, 2 x fridges, gas barbecue, etc…
We have extended the pergola all the way to the pool, and waterproofed the whole structure.
Above the pergola we have a large sun deck, while the area below has become an indoor/outdoor lounge.
There is a large tree house/jungle gym on the side of the house, ideal for kids.
Our House keeper will remain on the property and look after the guests, together with our cleaning lady (on working days only).
Their daily fees of R 300 per day each would have to be paid by tenants.
