100 Geneva is built over two levels; the upper level consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area which all opens up on to a large outdoor terrace (also with its own dining table and chairs). This upper level also houses two of the bedrooms (both en suite).

This entire area enjoys views on to the garden and pool area, and to the ocean beyond. The lower level of the house is all accommodation. There are four en-suite bedrooms (including the expansive master bedroom with its own walk-in cupboards and large bathroom). Each of these bedrooms opens up onto the garden area via large glass sliding doors.

Possibly the best feature of the property is the outdoor space. The upper level has a large wraparound balcony looking down onto the garden and pool below. This is an ideal area to enjoy leisurely summer lunches or relaxing sun downers as children play in the garden below.
