Spacious modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area that flows effortlessly onto an outdoor terrace area with built in BBQ facilities and a sparkling blue swimming pool. There is also a kids lounge located on the same level with flat screen television and games.

Master bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in change room plus luxurious en suite bathroom. Second and third bedroom both en suite with queen size beds. Fourth bedroom and fifth bedroom share full adjacent family sized bathroom. Fifth bedroom is currently set up as a baby’s room but can be converted to sleep two adults. Second lounge located on upper level.
